All items are custom-made to order, with a production lead time of approximately 6 weeks following store closure. Production will only start after the store’s closing date.
Kindly be aware that club items are tailored to your specifications and are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation of the associated event or game. Please thoroughly review the provided sizing charts, as no refunds or exchanges will be available for incorrect orders.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be offered under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged during transit, or does not match the original order specifications.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You provide clear, documented proof of the issue (e.g., photographs of the fault or incorrect item and order details).
How to Report an Issue
Please contact our support team at tate@idathletic.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
Next Steps
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Arrange a replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you, OR
- Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and item availability.
Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on custom items.
