Returns & Exchanges
- In reference to the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund on an item if you change your mind.
- If your purchase does not fit, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange providing the following conditions are met:
- You supply the receipt i.e. proof of purchase
- Items are unworn/unused and in original condition with all tags still attached
- Items are returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
- If your purchase is faulty i.e. it has a manufacturing defect, a poor appearance or printing error then please return the item with the proof of purchase and a note regarding the issue immediately upon delivery to: ID Athletic: Â Address: 69 Guthrie Street, Osborne Park WA 6017.
