PLEASE NOTE : Unless otherwise specified all items are Pre Order only. This means they will only go into production once the store closes. The lead time will be 6 weeks from the date the store closes.

How Our Support Ticket System Works
At ID Athletic, we use a ticket-based support system to ensure every customer query is tracked and resolved efficiently.
Here’s how it works:
- Submit a Request
When you contact us through our support form or email, a ticket is automatically created in our system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique ticket number. - Ticket Review
Our customer support team reviews each ticket in the order it’s received. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–4 business days. - Ongoing Updates
You’ll receive email updates as your ticket progresses. If we need more information from you, we’ll reach out directly via your submitted ticket. - Resolution & Follow-Up
Once your issue is resolved, we’ll notify you and mark the ticket as closed. If you need further assistance, simply reply to the ticket email and it will re-open automatically.
